Sri Sai Saravana is a restaurant located in Chennai that approached us to help in creating a mobile payment solution to provide customers with a home delivery service. The restaurant was unable to provide online payment options for their customers. They were also facing some other issues like

Our Solution
Sri Sai Saravana joined hands with us in creating a mobile application for their restaurant to embrace online food delivery as a part of their processes. We created the application with added features to increase their sales as follows
- We added cashback system, discounts and new deals in the applications to build customer loyalty.
- We included the UI/UX features to increase overall customer engagement in the applications.
- We made sure that the application provides consistent design and experience on all app screens.
- We also created and added ‘Delivery Boy Application’ to deliver food to the customers.
Furthermore, we included real-time tracking feature in the app as well to notify the consumer every step throughout the entire process.
Results
Sri Sai Saravana mobile application helped to build a better relationship with the customers and increased the overall revenue of the business. It also maximized the Return on Investment (ROI).

- Through the application, customers received more personalized experience as we included images of the restaurant’s seating area, kitchen and ambience. This results in persuading customers to pay a visit to the restaurant as well.
