We mentioned below the flow of how every step information will be circulated to different groups. This application smoothened the process of repossession of the vehicle to its exit from the yard as follows

• Repo request, request approval, repossessing the vehicle and its entry into the yard
• Repo release request, approval, and vehicle exit from the yard to customer or buyer
• Yard transfer request from one yard to another yard approval and exit from the yard to enter into a new yard
