EZ Take teamed up with Spider India to get an application created which covered a few services i.e. travel, food, hailing & terminal. They wanted an application that would prove to be a utility for the customers who were looking for services that could compare rates from different companies and provide the best deals for them.
Our Solution
The application opened with an Enquiry Form which had a 4 step process to enquire about whichever services they want to.
It has options which display services provided i.e. hailing, ushawan, travel and food for the customers to choose from.
For the Food Service
Push Notifications: In order to create visibility sending push notifications is the best way. We added this features as it helps businesses to stay connected with the customers. These messages help to convey all kinds of information such as discounts, offers, location-based order dropped messages and so on.
Real time GPS tracking: This is one of the essential features of food delivery apps that enable customers to track the location of their food through real-time GPS and we added this feature also in the application. It fulfilled the purpose of GPS i.e. tracking & functioning. It helps to recognize the user’s location to deliver the food. And once the area is confirmed, users can easily track the progress and movement of the delivery personnel.
Payment option: If a customer faces any minor/major problem they won’t ever try again. Considering this, making the payment procedure exceedingly productive, a customer must have all the payment options listed on the app and we provided just that while creating the EZ take app.
Social media integration: We integrated various social media channels to market the application. This help make app noticeable in social media and was able to easily attract customers on a regular basis.
Ratings: Any kind of feedback or rating proves to be great help. So we collected video testimonials of various customers and added it on the application.
For the travel service
Language Translator: Many times travelers are familiar with a regional language and suffer while trying to communicate in a broken manner. Apps like Google translate and let travelers scan texts for visual translation and written text as well.
Itinerary generator: We developed a feature that generated efficient itineraries that only asks the user to mention the locations that they want to visit and automatically creates a travel plan from it.
Currency converter: This feature help track all the current and past variations in currency rates.
Compare Airfare: We added a feature that would provide a number of filters according to the needs of users. With that, we added an option of comparing airfare to bring people the best deals to avail.
For the hailing services
Accepting Requests: In order to create a hailing app we added a feature so that the driver can accept or reject the ride as per his working preference when he gets a request. He should be able to deny or accept as many jobs as he wants at a time.
Vehicle listing: This feature allows the driver to list other vehicles apart from his car. The customer can also choose from which vehicle according to their money preferences they would want to travel by.
Destination: A driver has to first fix a path in the ride sharing app. He can use this feature once or twice a day (to avoid misuse). He can use it when he is returning home, which will eventually generate extra income for him without any wastage of time and energy.
The Results
Built Trust: When we added reviews and testimonials and even a safe and secure payment option, it built a wall of trust among the users. This also helped the company to strengthen their position.
Online Presence: Their customers were always able to find them and keep contact through the medium of the internet. Even outside of business hours, the website continued to find and secure new customers. It offered the user the convenience as they could access the information they need in the comfort of their own home, with no added pressure to buy.
More Customers: Online delivery made it possible to reach those customers who didn't live nearby or don’t have the time to pass by. It provided them with the possibility of ordering meals online expanding the pool of potential customers.

With the present state of the world, people wanted such options to be provided to them and Farm to Home, with an application delivered on those needs. It gave a direct marketing channel between both parties.
Eventually, the entire process led to revenue growth of both ventures i.e. Farm to Home as well as Spider India.
