Responsibility

Full-cycle PHP Codeigniter code development experience including debugging and performance analysis.

- 3. Experience with MySQL and distributed database like MongoDB, Cassandra or Redis.
- 4. Strong database design and query writing skills with a commitment to performance and efficiency.

- 6. Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- 7. Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle
- 8. Follow industry best practices

Requirements
- 1. Proven software development experience in Codeigniter Framework.
- 2. Demonstrable knowledge of technologies including MongoDB, Express, React, Angular.js,Node.js, AJAX , HTML, CSS, etc
- 3. Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
- 4. Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
- 5. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

- 2. Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
- 3. Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current
- 4. Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
- 5. Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
- 6. Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
- 7. Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- 8. Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws

- 7. A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
