Client Challenge
ANTNHE was the project we did with the State government of Tamil Nadu. The greatest challenge they were facing was the communication barriers which was effecting the basic day-to-day activities. With the pandemic upon them, the quality of communication further deteriorated and it was hard to even get the message across.
Our Solution
Many times we have collaborated on projects where we made special applications for the companies in order to improve their working. The same case was with ANTNHE also.
- We created an application that was entirely structured around how they operated and what would help them to carry out their function more effectively.
- The application registered every single employee in it. The admin could post any kind of information he wants to get circulated in the entire company or just to one single employee.
- Customizable Interface: The application allowed employees to customize just about every feature, from the colours to any other feature that appears at the top of the screen. This helped employees to make the application engaging for themselves and can even make work exciting for them.
- Access to News & Announcements: In every organization, there will be a need to communicate news, rules, policies, changes, and even assignments quickly, the application was made keeping these requirements in mind. Hence, it served as a flawless delivery system.

- It drastically improved the ability to provide internal communications and keep employees informed
- It even helped employees with an access to a people directory with contact details.
- It provided employees with access to critical documents and pages of reference material to support processes and aid operation.
- Connected employees across locations including frontline and deskless workers
- Eventually, the entire process led to growth of both ventures i.e. ANTHE as well as Spider India.
