Client Challenge
It is not a news that online tutions are the new trend. A business venture, ' Alex Maths' approached us with an application in hand that did not work as they wanted it to. It lacked the features that would keep the viewers engaged and interested in the lessons. The consumers lacked commitment as they would drop out of the program quite often even after paying the full amount. It further deteriorated their reach and held them back from building it into a brand.
Our Solution
We analysed the application, how it worked and what areas it was lacking in.
- Easy Navigation: Another aspect that we considered while developing the application was that it should have very easy navigation. When the user opens the application, they just need to login and on the screen the different classes are displayed. Whichever class the students belongs to, they can access that and the list of chapters will appear.
- Lesson tracker: The application allowed students to manage all the lessons that they have requested, in-progress, canceled, and successfully completed sessions. It makes a drastic impact and helps the students to track their sessions and revised the lessons easily.
The Results
- Wide range: Not only the audience in a limited area but people from all around the country accessed the application. Maths is same in every different state and since it can be used by any person who is in need, a good application gave Alex Maths a large pool of audience which it didn't have earlier.
- Built Trust: When we added reviews and testimonials and even a safe and secure payment option, it built a wall of trust among the users. This also helped the company to strengthen their position.
- Increased brand awareness: With creating an application, we also employed many marketing strategies to get people aware of the presence of this application. A strong application and appropriate marketing tools helped Alex maths to grow as a company and increase its brand awareness.
- Eventually, the entire process led to growth of both ventures i.e. Alex Maths as well as Spider India.
